When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size you've chosen. Anything marked In Stock ships within one business day. Items marked as Shipping Soon are expected to ship in 21 days or less, and for Pre-orders, we will let you know the expected shipping date as soon as it's confirmed. You'll see the expected shipping timing for each size when you add it to your cart. Once it's with the courier, the timing is in their hands, but rest assured you'll be kept updated.

How will I know where my order is?

You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking email when your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to come alive after you receive the link.

Do you ship to my country?

For this launch we ship the N°10 jersey to eight countries. More countries may join over time.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping rates by destination. Final cost is confirmed at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we start preparing it straight away, so we usually can't change or cancel it. Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

Will I pay any duties, taxes, or extra fees?

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Duties, taxes, and customs are all included. The only thing outside our control is an international transaction fee your bank or card provider may add.

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items should come back unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost and isn't refundable.

How do I return my item?

Package your items and send them to Monta, Ravenna FC, Polderweg Oost 19, 2973AN Molenaarsgraaf, Netherlands. Include your order details, use a tracked service, and keep your receipt.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us we inspect it within 14 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to appear on your statement.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item arrived faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is at your own expense.

My item arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered
