About Localised
Localised Inc. (dba "Localised ecommerce") is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 1460 Broadway, New York, NY 10036, USA ("Localised").
We are an authorised reseller of Ravenna FC merchandise in the USA.
For the purpose of data protection laws, in relation to any personal information collected from you via the site, Localised is the data controller.
When this Policy applies
This Policy applies:
- to your use of our website or application that directed you to this Policy, and/or the website where this Policy is published, r10.ravennafc.it (the "site"); or
- if you otherwise share your personal information with us, for example if you contact us with a query or ask us to send you marketing.

How we use your data
We will only ever process your personal information if we have a lawful basis to do so. We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To process orders that you place and to facilitate any returns. Where you order goods from the site, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and payment details to process your order, deliver those goods to you and, where applicable, facilitate any product returns. This will include sharing your personal information with delivery companies and other subcontractors, such as payment providers, as well as credit reference agencies for the purposes of assessing fraud, credit and/or security risks. We collect this personal information to enter into and perform the contract for the sale of goods.

Where you enter a competition, promotion or survey. We will collect your name, email address and any other personal data that forms a part of the entry. We do this under our legitimate interest to run our promotions effectively and to award prizes to winners.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, otherwise disclose, or share personal information we collect and hold about you, except as described in this Policy.
- Business partners, suppliers and contractors. We may share your personal information with third party organisations we have contracted to provide our services for the performance of the contract we enter into with them or you.
- Ravenna FC if we stop running their web store. If we stop running Ravenna FC's web store, we will transfer the marketing database and order transaction history to them so they can continue to support you and keep in touch where you have asked to hear more about their brand.
- If our business is sold/transferred. We may also share your personal information in the event that we sell or transfer any part of our business or assets, including in the event Ravenna FC closes the site or changes the domain. We process your personal information in these circumstances because it is in our legitimate interests to ensure our business/the site can continue to be operated.
- Regulators, authorities and enforcement agencies. We may disclose your personal information wherever required to comply with applicable laws or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction or a government or regulatory body's lawful requests for information.

We do not knowingly collect the personal information of children under the age of 13. Our products and services are designed for a general audience and are not intended for or directed to children.

Localised does not have actual knowledge that we sell or share, for purposes of cross-context behavioural advertising, the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We may deidentify personal information for analytics and advertising purposes, in which case we will not attempt to reidentify the information.
Notice of Financial Incentive. We may offer you various financial incentives such as brand loyalty programs, discounts and special offers when you provide us with contact information and identifiers such as your name and email address. When you sign up for one of our brand loyalty programs, email lists or other discounts and special offers, you opt in to a financial incentive (i.e., a bona fide loyalty program). You may withdraw from a financial incentive at any time by opting out from the brand emails you initially signed up for, or closing your brand loyalty member account. Generally, we do not assign monetary or other value to personal information; however, if required by law to assign such value in the context of financial incentives, we would value the personal information collected and used based on the value of sharing future offers tailored to your interest, which may depend on (i) the categories of personal information collected, and (ii) the product being offered or promoted. If you choose to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or the use of your personal information for targeted advertising, your participation in our programs will not be affected and you will continue to receive all the benefits to which you are entitled. If you make a request to delete all of your personal information, however, we will no longer be able to provide you any program benefits because we will have no way to tie you to the benefits or to contact you regarding them.
